Statement Services Limited standard service level agreement is that all statements will be returned within 5 working days; if this is not possible for reasons beyond our control then you will be contacted immediately and asked for further instructions.

Statement Services Limited will acknowledge receipt of instructions immediately giving you peace of mind that they have arrived safely.

Should we require any further documentation than that already provided we will request this within 2 hours of receipt of the initial instructions to avoid delay in the preparation of the statement.

Upon completion of the case all paperwork will be securely shredded and destroyed.All statements are compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules and the Data Protection Act.
