PROCESS SERVING

All documents for service are served within 48 hours of the receipt of written instructions and documentation. If for some reason this timescale will not be possible then you will be notified within 24 hours of instruction.
We are able to serve documents both at weekends and outside office hours when necessary.

As soon as service has taken place we will notify you by telephone and provide a Certificate of Service within 48 hours. An Affadavit can be provided if required however there will be an extra charge for this provision.
All documents are served in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.

PERSONAL INJURY PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE

We attend the injured party and take professional photographs of injuries to be used as evidence. We provide 2 sets of colour photographs of the injuries and guarantee that these will be returned to the instructing party within 5 working days together with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Injury photography can be very personal and therefore we are able to provide both male and female photographers.

CFA SIGN-UPS AND LEI INVESTIGATION SERVICE

Statement Services are fully conversant with the CFA Regulations and provide a professional Sign-Up and LEI investigation service.

Upon instruction we will contact the client within 24 hours to make a mutually convenient appointment to visit them. Visits can be done both at weekends and outside office hours.

An Identity Check will be made and a thorough check of all documents in which the client may have the benefit of Legal Expense Insurance.

We provide clients with a full explanation and terms of the Conditional Fee Agreement and answer all the questions they may have prior to them signing the Agreement.

We notify the instructing party of the outcome of the consultation immediately and forward the signed Agreement to the instructing party securely within 24 hours.

ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT LOCUS REPORTS

We attend the scene of the Road Traffic Accident and prepare a full locus report to meet your specific requirements including:

• Accident Scene description
• Map and sketch plan
• Comprehensive collection of accident site photographs
• Site measurements

All locus reports are professionally compiled to be used in subsequent litigation and comply with the Civil Procedure Rules and Data Protection Act.
